Alan Wawrzyniak, PMP, brings more than 20 years of proven leadership to complex wireless and public safety communication programs nationwide. Known for turning challenging environments into successful deployments, Alan specializes in guiding mission-critical projects from concept through completion—delivering reliability, clarity, and confidence at every step. Before entering the communications industry, he spent four years as a professional pitcher in the Anaheim Angels organization—an experience that shaped his team-driven mindset and relentless focus on performance.

With more than 20 years in the industry, Larry has managed major deployments for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Motorola, and multiple municipalities across the Southwest and Northeast.
